Returns, exchanges, and damaged items
Handmade products naturally have small variations, but your order should always arrive in excellent condition and match the item description.
Return window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you need help with a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.
Custom orders
Personalized and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved order details.
Damaged deliveries
If a package arrives damaged, send photos of the packaging and the item as soon as possible so we can help with a replacement, repair, or claim.
